1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the aces58 website at aces58.cam, all subdomains, the progressive web application, and any related digital services provided by aces58.
• "Player Account" means the personal account registered by an individual user on the aces58 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player Account for the purpose of placing bets or wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by aces58 subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable Promotion Terms.
• "KYC Verification" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond aces58's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, war, pandemic, or prolonged internet service outages.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The aces58 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing online gambling in the Philippines. aces58 employs a strict KYC verification process to confirm the age of all registered Players. Individuals under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the aces58 Platform in any capacity.

Where aces58 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the Player Account, withhold access to funds pending verification, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required by applicable regulation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The aces58 Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own legal risk and may be in breach of applicable local legislation. aces58 does not provide services to residents of the United States of America, the United Kingdom, or other territories that are classified as Prohibited Jurisdictions under aces58's internal compliance policy. This list may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a Player Account on aces58, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document
• Date of birth demonstrating you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid and active email address
• Valid Philippine mobile number
• Residential address within the Philippines

You agree to promptly update your registered information if any of the above details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active Player Account on aces58. Creating duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. aces58 reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with a Player found to be operating multiple accounts, and to permanently forfeit any balances held therein pending investigation. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aces58 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. aces58 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in account security settings. You must notify aces58 support immediately via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.

aces58 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Player Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security, your sharing of credentials with third parties, or your use of shared or public devices without logging out of your session.

3.2 KYC Verification

aces58 is obligated under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering legislation to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, unexpired government-issued Philippine identification document — acceptable forms include UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, or Voter's ID. aces58 reserves the right to request additional documentation as required by its compliance obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed. aces58 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed KYC verification.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

aces58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to exploit technical errors, or where account closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes. Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting support via live chat.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

aces58 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. aces58 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any third-party fees associated with deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Player Accounts are processed as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank typically clear within 1–3 banking hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, maintenance windows, or where additional compliance review is required.

aces58 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests where required by PAGCOR regulations or Anti-Money Laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. aces58 does not permit withdrawal of funds to payment methods or accounts other than those used or registered in the Player's name.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the aces58 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Where a Player makes a deposit in a different currency (for example, USDT), the funds will be converted to Philippine Pesos at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. aces58 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

aces58 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry timeframes. Where these General Terms conflict with the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts awarded by aces58 must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn as Real Money. During active bonus wagering, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or round as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types may not contribute fully or at all toward fulfilling the Wagering Requirement — contribution percentages are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

aces58 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and bonus-derived winnings where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting bonus terms through systematic or low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or providing false information during registration for the purpose of qualifying for promotional offers.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the aces58 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by aces58, the game provider, or the Player.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for games on aces58 reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate under normal operational conditions. RTP is a statistical measure calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee individual game session outcomes. Past game results have no influence on future results — each game round is independent.

In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, aces58 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant wager amounts to the Player's Real Money Balance. aces58's determination of game outcomes in the event of a dispute shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aces58 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or registering on behalf of an individual who is under 21
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one Player Account
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with Platform games or systems
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical defects to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity that violates applicable Philippine law
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward aces58 support staff or other Platform users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems

8. Responsible Gaming

aces58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Filipino players with the tools and information necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling on aces58 should be enjoyed as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income, a solution to financial problems, or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose within a defined period

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aces58 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and underlying technology — is the intellectual property of aces58 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written permission of aces58.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aces58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, even if aces58 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aces58's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the value of the Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the cause of action arose. Nothing in these Terms limits aces58's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter which cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

aces58 is not liable for any service disruptions, data loss, or Platform unavailability arising from Force Majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or actions of telecommunications providers outside aces58's reasonable control.

11. Amendments to These Terms

aces58 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on your Player Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the aces58 Platform following the notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting aces58 support.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are required to submit any dispute to aces58 in writing via the support contact below. aces58 will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice. aces58 operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight — regulatory complaints may also be directed to PAGCOR via their official regulatory channels.
